Following our appointment to provide structural designs for this striking development in Ilkley PWA was commissioned to produce structural engineering designs for a structure which made best use of the available space on site and adopted an open plan layout exemplified through installation of a three story internal atrium.
Not wanting to settle for the mundane, the development proposals pushed the budget as far as it would possibly go to deliver a breath taking and unique property which could be enjoyed for years to come.
We worked alongside Halliday Clark architects to deliver this development, which went on to win the Civic Society Design Award for contemporary design.
