Built on five levels using a steel frame with chestnut cladding and a sedum living roof. This home features an allowance for a future lift, a 6m deep cellar, a home cinema, a gym, and a Brise Soleil shading system. 

A former tennis court plot this tight site has been transformed to create a stunning contemporary family home. 

Access and site constraints were the biggest challenge on the site with maneuverability a big challenge for the contractor, PWA working with both the Architect, Halliday Clark, and the contractor Sutcliffe Residential, tackled these challenges head-on as site constraints reared their heads at various stages of the project. 

The outcome is stunning.
