We are thrilled to share a truly unique bespoke Eco-friendly home that we were proud to be involved in! Our team had the privilege of providing structural and civil engineering expertise to create a stunning, Eco-friendly bespoke home that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings.
A Blend of Creativity and Engineering
This project presented an array of exciting challenges and opportunities to innovate. From the outset, designing the home’s superstructure and substructure was a rewarding task. The design included impressive cantilevered sections that push the boundaries of architectural engineering. These features not only create striking visual appeal but also enhance the functional space within the home.
Another highlight was working closely with the pond designers to ensure a harmonious integration between the landscape and the house levels. This collaboration resulted in a cohesive design that enhances both the ecological and aesthetic value of the property.
Beyond the home itself, our team carried out essential access track improvements across the estate grounds. These improvements ensure better connectivity while maintaining the estate’s natural charm. We also focused on restoring some of the estate’s historic features, preserving its rich character while seamlessly incorporating modern functionality. It was essential to strike a balance between conservation and innovation, and we are delighted with the outcome.
