Located in Mytholmroyd and at a high risk of flooding from both river and canal, PWA undertook a flood risk assessment (FRA) and worked closely with the client and architects to develop a scheme that was flood resilient and resistant delivering quality housing on this tight site. Retaining historical features along the boundary of the canal our structures team integrated the new structures into the old to create an award-winning scheme that continues to deliver for the community and occupants.
