All Saints Parish Church
- Conservation of a grade 2 listed building
- Contemporary design flowing nicely into the existing church
- Historic site on the ruins of a Roman Fort
- Teamwork
- Award winning
Our Civil, Structural and Geo-environmental departments were each involved in this development for the All Saints Parish Church.
The church was built on an ancient scheduled monument with archaeological watching brief we provided a full suite of engineering design services and maintained involvement from conception through to completion.
We worked closely with Halliday Clark Architects to design a slim and contemporary structure to reflect the proposed and existing building use while providing unbroken views and inclusive access across the church providing a welcoming link between this historic church building in Ilkley and the existing church house.
The project received a Design & Conservation award from Ilkley Civic Society, which is the highest level of recognition given by the Civic Society.
We are extremely pleased with the finished result!
